To use MagicMobile:
- You need to download the My Disney Experience app and create an account. You must have a valid admission ticket or hotel reservation.
- Once you’ve done that, you link your park tickets, reservations, and passes to the account under “My Tickets and Passes.”
- Click the hamburger icon (☰) and select Disney MagicMobile.
- Click “Set Up Pass.”
- Choose your card style to add to your digital wallet!
- Select who’s passes you would like to add to your MagicMobile.
- Tap the (+) icon and follow the steps to add MagicMobile to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
- Then, open your digital wallet and hold your phone near the touch point or your hotel room, and voila! You’re in.
- For Apple devices, Express Mode is enabled automatically. You don’t have to open your Apple Wallet to get your tickets. Just hold your phone or Apple Watch to the touch point, and it should work.
You can add multiple tickets to your MagicMobile. If you have multiple tickets, you can swipe to scan the touch points for each person.
MagicMobile isn’t just about convenience. It also adds an extra layer of security to your Walt Disney World experience. With MagicMobile, you can lock and unlock your hotel room door directly from your phone. If you lose your phone, you can easily deactivate your MagicMobile account to protect your personal information.
Another great feature of MagicMobile is its ability to make contactless payments. Like Apple Pay, you can link a credit or debit card to your account and use your phone to pay for food, merchandise, and more. This means you can leave your wallet in your hotel room and bring your phone to the park if you want.
