Get ready to embark on a magical journey like never before as Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris undergoes a monumental transformation, starting with an exciting new name: Disney Adventure World! This expansion nearly doubles the park’s footprint and promises to immerse visitors in beloved Disney stories and characters in ways they’ve never experienced before. From a vibrant new entrance sequence welcoming guests to Adventure Way to enhancements throughout the park and even updates to Disney Village and the Disney Hotels, there’s something spectacular in store for everyone.
As Disneyland Paris enters this exciting new era, President Natacha Rafalski shared, “Embracing a transformation that involves the overhaul of more than 90% of Walt Disney Studios Park since its debut in 2002, we’re unveiling a fresh creative vision that has completely redefined our second gate.”
At the heart of this transformation is the new Disney Adventure World entrance, set to debut in spring 2025. Guests will be transported to a glamorous movie premiere in the heart of Hollywood, surrounded by vibrant, contemporary movie studio decor paying homage to historic theaters. Outside, World Premiere Plaza will welcome visitors to a new Art Deco-inspired theater district. At the same time, construction continues on the highly anticipated World of Frozen, where guests will journey to the kingdom of Arendelle.
Adventure Bay, located at the center of the park’s expansion, will feature a picturesque lake surrounded by a promenade and serve as the gateway to new themed worlds. Highlights include an entertainment stage with state-of-the-art technology for water-based performances and the introduction of Raiponce Tangled Spin, a family attraction inspired by the iconic floating lanterns scene from Disney’s “Tangled.”
But the excitement doesn’t end there! Disneyland Paris is gearing up for even more thrilling experiences, including the debut of Alice & The Queen of Hearts: Back to Wonderland at Walt Disney Studios Park and a new nighttime activation at Avengers Campus. Disney Village is also transforming with new shops and experiences, while the Disney Davy Crockett Ranch bungalows receive a whimsical makeover.
